The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSIHM) is a 3-Year Program plus 1 term (for OJT) that provides students with the technical and professional skills to succeed as leaders of hospitality operations worldwide. Students will learn how to create a competitive advantage in an ever-changing global economy through strategic thinking and a business perspective on hospitality. Students also learn food and beverage preparation techniques, room service, front desk operations, and guest relations skills needed to develop a competitive edge in the global hotel industry. The curriculum combines classroom learning with practical internships designed to give students the experience they need to succeed in the field.
