Bachelor of Science in International Entrepreneurship (BSIE) Program

The Bachelor of Science in International Entrepreneurship is a 3-Year Program plus 1 term (for OJT), that is intended to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to recognize opportunities created by global markets, understand changed market conditions and the changing roles of entrepreneurs in those markets, and develop strategies to compete successfully in an increasingly interconnected world. The curriculum emphasizes knowledge of ethical, managerial, and financial issues facing entrepreneurs and how to spot, evaluate and manage risks inherent in international business operations. The program emphasizes applying entrepreneurial methods rather than just theoretical knowledge or skills.

Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Management (BSICM) Program

The Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Management is a 3-Year Program plus 1 term (for OJT) that provides students with advanced food preparation and business skills through a hands-on, professional environment. Our graduates are prepared for careers in the culinary field, manage food service operations, and develop new menus. The Program combines academic learning, industry training, and practical experience to prepare you for a career as a professional chef. Our graduates have opportunities to find employment with restaurants or hotels abroad. BSICM Program is ideal for students who wish to explore different culinary techniques.

Australian Grand Diploma Program (In Commercial Cooking, Professional Baking, and Hospitality Services)

The Australian Grand Diploma is a 2-Year Program that is designed to help students acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to develop their careers in food service, hospitality/restaurant management, or other allied fields. Students will receive the training essential to prepare gourmet meals, salads and appetizers, main courses, desserts, and baking and learn kitchen management practices. The program offers a variety of specialty areas within commercial cookery, professional baking, and hospitality services.

Master Diploma Program (in Culinary Arts, Patisserie and Kitchen Management)

The Master Diploma in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, and Kitchen Management is a 1-Year Program that aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the practical aspects of the culinary arts. This Program will prepare them for a successful career in the culinary industry. Students will learn culinary arts and patisserie basics, advanced techniques, food safety and sanitation, management skills, and other specialized courses. The coursework includes both classroom teaching and hands-on experiential learning centered around the most progressive kitchens in the country.
